Everything seems great but I assumed there would be a continuity tester included and there wasn't. To be fair, they don't say there will be one included. I bought 2 voltmeters and I can't ground either one in the plug provided despite trying multiple methods and watching multiple online videos. So if I could confirm the grounding pad works, I'd give it five stars. I gave it 4 because it looks pretty, but for $300 I'd really like to know if it's actually grounded or not. I will have to try and find a simple tester with a light or something on line separately. Also, if you get one of these, be sure to remove the thin plastic wrapping on the grounding plug. Used it for 2 nights before discovering this while trying to test things.This is light weight and comfortable to sleep on. The elastic straps on the corners hold the mat securely. The first night I slept on it for 7 hours without waking up. I usually wake up about every 2 hours. I’ve been sleeping on it for about a week now and my morning stiffness has disappeared. My arthritis in my hands is diminishing also.I may be sleeping better, but I'm a very suggestible person?Still it's not a cheap piece of crap, fits nicely.I feel calmer - more connected mentally - slept all night - I have fibromyalgia and it really helped with pain and inflammation has decreased a lot. Seriously the best purchase I've ever made for myself.Awesome grounding mat and easy to install. Better than previous older models in my opinion.My mom initially introduced me to Earthing. I have used the pads (that are soft), but this, not so much. Laying on something that reminds me of a rubber sheet used for bed wetting, doesn't work well for me, plus I've noticed that if I get hot in my sleep, this doesn't allow for any air circulation. I may end up using it in the colder months as a "blanket" between my sheet and weighted blanket. I was going to return it, but I missed my window by a day.felt like you were sleeping on a tarp.I wanted to like this very much, I was very excited after watching the grounding movie and hoped it would help.. But I don't know if its the materials it's made with, but it makes us very hot. Now we wake up sweating @ night and it's not pleasant. I would have returned just because of this, but i'm 9 days past the return window. :( That's the only downfall of it, but a big one for us.
