This mattress topper does not look like the photos that are used to display it when purchasing on Amazon. It was heavy which I was expecting it to be but it's not 3 in thick. It's at least 1 in or less thick and it's flat. It doesn't fit to the full bed of my quee n it's about 6 in off of my length of my queen and 4 in off of my width. I was expecting this to be 3 in thick but it is not and that's what I paid for. Do not purchase this. You will be severely disappointed.Main part of mattress took a day to completely expand, bottom corners took a little longer. Was suffering from low back pain due to arthritis. This mattress is not to firm or soft conforms to body without feeling like your sinking in. I would describe as moderately firm. I’m using in my trailer and it is no different than my expensive tempu-pedic I paid thousands for. I was concerned purchasing off Amazon but didn’t want to spend big bucks for something we only sleep on a few months out of the year. I’ve been using this every day for about 2 months. Highly recommend.I love this mattress pad. It's nice and soft without being too deep.I love this mattress topper and would recommend it! I have a very firm, cheap mattress from ikea and it felt like I was sleeping in a brick. The original topper I wanted from ikea was always sold out so I tried this one and am happy I did! I got the 2 inch topper and it’s very comfy. It’s not too stiff/firm and I like that it still has some squish to it. I let it puff up for about a day and didn’t notice any strange smell when opening the package. The straps have also helped to keep it in place!I needed a topper as my expensive sheets were too deep for my matteress and always wrinkled terribly. This is much better. I was afraid at first opening that the flattened ends would not puff up, but they did. It just took a little longer. This mattress had no chemical smell at all and stays in place on my mattress.It is very comfortable to sleep on - neither too stiff or too mushy. I am hoping it will extend the life of my mattress.I purchased this topper in a King size. It came right before my 5 day vacation so I was able to lay it out on the bed for 5 days to inflate. When I got home it was still as flat as it was from the box. So disappointed. I couldn't wait to get home and sleep on my new topper. Instead I had to box it up for return and now there are no King Sizes to repurchase. I have to research toppers all over again now. Lucky me!! I would like to hear from the company about this.I like that the memory Foam mattress topper came in an enclosure rather than just foam that would have portions flake/break off and eventually look tacky. Plus by being in a case/enclosure, the case/enclosure can be washed if/when necessary. That alone should lengthen the life of the memory foam topper.This pillow topper is excellent. I have a bad back and bad hips and I was so comfortable and slept through the night. Thank You for this product!
